I have been making art of some kind all my life and have a strong, joyful drive to create.
I was a member of the Torpedo Factory in Virginia where I had my first solo show. I now show in galleries in Texas and New Mexico. For many years I worked as an illustrator and use my graphic skills painting on my ceramic sculptures. I have studied at Texas Christian University, University of Texas at Arlington and Tarrant County College. My focus is figurative with emphasis on women, mystery, magic and their connection to the natural world. I work from a subconscious and intuitive level, often surprising myself with my images and forms. All my work is handmade and hand painted. and each piece is unique I do not use molds
